Experience
Prior to embarking on his coaching career, Chris gained extensive experience in senior management positions with Kerry Group, working in NI, ROI, Canada & US. In each
location, his remit was the same – improve the profitability of the business unit, develop the team and put systems in place so that consistent progress was achieved after Chris
had progressed to the next location.
Chris started his coaching career with ActionCOACH Business and Executive Coaching where he received several coaching awards for client results including Best Client Results Europe 2012, Best Client Results Ireland 2014. He also received a Global Action Man Award in 2011.
As a one-to-one executive coach, Chris helps leaders get better by helping them identify and change behaviours that limit them from being as effective as they could be. Additionally, he coaches leaders who are promoted and transitioning into jobs with greater scope.
Chris is originally from Banbridge, Co. Down and has been living in Bruff, Co. Limerick for the last 15 years with his wife Ciara and 2 children. He is a big sports fan, in particular Rugby & Soccer. He also plays squash regularly and Golf badly!!
He loves the outdoors, coaching kids Mini Rugby with Bruff RFC and travelling.
